Educational Qualification:

• Company Secretary - Fellow of Institute of company Secretary of India with 5 years experience. Law qualification, Personnel Management or Finance will be preferred.
• Assistant Manager Finance - Qualification of MBA in finance or CA or ICWA or CFAI with Experience.
