- Assistant City Planner: Candidates must have degree in Architecture of full time 5 years course with PG in Town planning form a recognized university.
- Assistant Regional Manager (Civil): Full time Degree in civil Engineering with valid GATE Score card.
- Assistant Site Engineer (Civil): Candidates must have degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks form a recognized university.
- Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II: Candidates should have degree of B.com with 60% marks and (RSCIT)
- Junior Legal Officer: Candidates must have Graduation in Law with 55% Marks or LLM
- Draftsman cum Tracer: Polytechnic in Architecture with 2 years experience as Draughtsman.
- Junior Assistant: 12th (Intermediate) course form a recognized boars with DOEAC or other computer Programming course like COPA, DPCS, RSCIT etc.
